June–August and December–February offer drier trails and easier trekking. However, gorilla permits sell out 6–12 months in advance — early booking is essential. We handle all permit applications as part of your package.
Treks vary from 30 minutes to 8 hours. Reasonable fitness is recommended. Porters are available to carry your pack. Guests aged 15+ in good general health typically manage comfortably. We brief you fully before departure.
Accommodation, full board meals, airport transfers, park fees, professional guide fees, and all activity permits. International flights, travel insurance, and personal expenses are excluded. Every quote is fully itemised.
Most nationalities require a visa. The East Africa Tourist Visa (valid for Uganda, Kenya & Rwanda) is cost-effective for multi-country trips. We guide every client through the full visa process before departure.
Uganda's national parks and tourist areas are well managed and generally very safe. All our guides are first-aid trained. We operate exclusively in established tourist zones and provide 24/7 emergency WhatsApp support throughout your safari.
